365 Daily Creativity Journal: Week 1

As I mentioned last week, I am participating in several art challenges this year.  One of these is working through 365: A Daily Creativity Journal.   I wanted to share my progress for the first week.  I'm definitely finding it challenging to do this every day; I was able to do 5 of 7 for the first week.

Day 1: Create something with the materials at hand that fits in your hand.  I took an image from one of my bird books, drew on it, and turned it into a button.


Day 2: An animal.  I drew my kitty Milo.


Day 3: Paper.  I folded a paper heart.


Day 5: Use a collection.  I collect beads so I made a simple necklace.


Day 6: Use fruit.  I carved a heart in an apple.

    I think it would be hard for me to create and then photograph something for every day of the year. You are doing great!
