I added to the tiny desk by setting up my craft show table. Since I only will need it every once and while for shows, I thought I should put it to good use as a work station! I put my wooden art desk on top and now I have lots of room to spread out.
The other side of the room still has a guest bed. My plan is to get a new duvet and some cushions. I'll try to make it look like a couch so it can serve as seating when we don't have overnight guests (which we almost never do).
Isn't that inspiring to have a "new" crafting space? As if one could work on forever. Yours looks so tidy and inviting. So did mine before I start using it. I hope it will work well for you.
ReplyDeleteHow great! I know I would be lost without my own room! Congrats on the new crafty space :)
ReplyDeleteYour space is awesome! Congrats on all of your hard work. I'm sure you'll fully enjoy your new area.
ReplyDeleteIt looks terrific! Exciting, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteYour craft room looks great! It's amazing how much of a difference more surface area can make. Milo looks right at home, my kitties aren't allowed in our new sewing room, cat fur and aprons to be sold don't mix. :P

Congratulations on your new crafting space! Enjoy stretching out a little. I like your idea to turn the bed into something that looks a little more like a sofa. Can't you just see youself lying there, comfortably paging through inspiring magazines, making sketch plans in a notebook about your latest project? Dreamy!
