Iron Craft Challenge this week was to create something using buttons. There are so many awesome button projects out there that I had a hard time choosing. I decided to play around a bit with button jewelry and made these stacked button rings.
I have been amassing a huge button collection, so I just looked through them and created some stacks that looked good together. Then I glued these onto rings bases.
I think I may continue to play around with button jewelry and put some out at my show in August. There are just so many pretty buttons I can't resist them!

Super cute :) I can't wait to see what else you come up with!
ReplyDeleteOf course I love these! I make button stud earrings and button magnets for my craft shows. I would like to get into button pins as well. I need to scare up some ring bases before I can do rings...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous button rings:)
ReplyDeleteSo much fun you have with the Iron Craft Challenge! The button rings are great and I am sure that they will be a hit at your show.
ReplyDeleteThe big colorful buttons you use on the bottom really make these.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea.
ReplyDeleteI have a fondness for buttons too. Don't collect them like I used to, but love going into the store and looking at the ones for sale. Sort of like doornobs! {:-D
ReplyDeleteWhere did you buy the ring bases? My daughter would love making these.
ReplyDeleteI found the ring bases on etsy, but you can sometimes find them in craft stores. I know I have bought them from Ben Franklin Crafts.
